Yoga offers many tools for bringing balance and a sense of grounding to our lives. Yoga has too often become a workout or an escape mechanism.
These 60-minute stress relief and connection classes are designed to help us develop a stronger connection with ourselves in order to naturally relieve stress and balance our energy levels.
The classes begin with breathing techniques that assist in removing stress and anxiety from our physical bodies and restoring a natural energizing sensation. Then, at a slow pace, we alternate between standing, kneeling, sitting, and laying down postures. Postures are used to connect to ourselves more profoundly and to embark on a journey of self-discovery.
Throughout the class, I invite you to use various sounds and mantras to connect to your own voice and vibration.
