These 60-minute stress relief and connection classes are designed to help relieve stress and anxiety by balancing the nervous system response,

The classes begin with breathing techniques that assist in removing stress and anxiety from our physical body and restoring a natural energizing sensation. Then, at a gentle pace, we alternate between standing, kneeling, sitting, and laying down postures. Postures are used to connect to ourselves more profoundly and to embark on a journey of self-discovery.

The uniqueness of the technique used is that we will use various sounds and mantras to connect to your own voice and vibration and clean out the residues of stress and anxiety through the use of sound.

The use of mantras and the specific movements have an toning effect on the Vagus nerve and in the nervous system response to create a state of calm balance.
