These 60-minute practices are designed to help relieve stress, anxiety, and burnout by balancing the nervous system response and toning the Vagus nerve.

The classes are a slow flow type. They begin with breathing techniques that help our bodies remove stored stress and anxiety and restore their natural balance. Then, at a gentle pace, we alternate between standing, kneeling, sitting, and laying down postures. Postures are used to connect to ourselves more profoundly and to embark on a journey of self-discovery.

The uniqueness of this method is in the connection to your own vibration and voice through the use of sounds and mantras. This helps in relieving the symptoms of accumulated stress, anxiety, and burnout.
