Join us for a class suitable for all levels. We'll begin with a mindful flow, followed by full-body stretches, followed by mindful breathing techniques to promote balanced stregth. Mudras and mantras will be waved into the practice. Next, we will continue into Mindful breathing techniques to balance our nervous system and cultivate calm strength. Finally, we'll conclude with a 15-minute savasana accompanied by the soothing sounds of crystal bowls.
