All-level vinyasa class as a tool for self discovery and self growth. Every week I suggest a theme to reflect upon during the practice.
The class will start with an initial grounding moment during which you can connect to an intention for the practice, maybe inspired by the theme of the week. Then, we will move between dynamic breath-to-movement sequences and static holds where we will come back to our intention for the practice from different perspectives.
We will then wind down with grounding poses and stretches to prepare ourself for final savasana. with sound bath to enhance the relaxation state with vibrations.
