We’ll begin with slow, mindful movements that help you feel grounded and present in your body. As your body relaxes, you’ll be guided into a meditation that encourages a deeper connection to your heart—tapping into its natural wisdom, compassion, and clarity.
We’ll finish with a journaling prompt.
